ROOF RATS

Roof Rats only need an opening about ½ an inch to gain access to your home. These openings  are often found deep in roof joints, soffits, and air conditioning unit sleeves, etc. Most of these access points go unnoticed until there is an infestation. A proper rodent inspection may be the only thing separating you from property damage or potential health risks.
